Welcome to Monica’s Bridal Boutique. By accessing this website and purchasing products through our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All gowns are sold on an off-the-rack basis and may be one-of-a-kind items. Inventory is subject to prior sale. In the event a purchased item becomes unavailable due to inventory error, Monica’s Bridal Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to accurately display gown colors, fabrics, embellishments, and details. However, variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturer differences. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown online.
3. SIZING
Bridal sizing differs from standard retail clothing sizes and may vary by designer. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements and sizing information before purchasing. Monica’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for sizing discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements or size selection.
4. ALTERATIONS
Most bridal gowns require alterations to achieve the desired fit. Alteration costs are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified.
6. SHIPPING
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Monica’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
– The gown must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
– All original tags must remain attached.
– The gown must be free of stains, makeup, odors, smoke, pet hair, or signs of wear.
– The customer must provide photographs upon requesting a return.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the gown has been received and inspected.
No returns will be accepted after the three-day return period. All sales become final once the return window expires.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped. If an order has not yet shipped, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monica’s Bridal Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this website.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
