ONLINE GOWN PURCHASE & RETURN POLICY

 

At Monica’s Bridal Boutique, our gowns are sold off-the-rack and many are one-of-a-kind pieces. Because inventory is limited and we do not reorder sold gowns, we encourage customers to review all measurements, photos, and gown details carefully before purchasing.

 

Return Eligibility

 

– Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

– The gown must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

– All original tags must remain attached.

– The gown must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear.

– Customers must provide photos of the gown upon requesting a return.

– The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 

– Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

– Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the gown has been received and inspected.

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

 

– The return request is made more than 3 calendar days after delivery.

– The gown has been worn, altered, cleaned, damaged, or shows signs of use.

– Original tags have been removed.

– The gown is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped.

 

Final Sale

All sales become final after the 3-day return period has expired.

 

Sizing Disclaimer

Bridal sizing differs from standard retail clothing sizes and often runs smaller. Customers should use the provided size chart and their actual measurements when selecting a gown. Alterations may be required for the best fit.
